As Hotel Management utilises universal principles, the qualifications gained for the hospitality industry have a truly international flavour. After relevant experience at the supervisory level, students are equipped with the skills to perform a variety of management positions.

In addition to all modules taught in the Certificate and Diploma Courses, training is also undertaken in:
- Monitor staff performance
- Manage physical assets
- Manage Financial operations
- Recruit, select & induct staff
- Develop & implement a business plan
- Develop & Manage marketing strategies
- Manage projects
- Manage risk
Entry Requirements: Diploma of Hospitality
Duration: Diploma + 6 months (Approximately 15 – 20 hours per week)
