As Hotel Management utilises universal principles, the qualifications gained for the hospitality industry have a truly international flavour. After relevant experience at the supervisory level, students are equipped with the skills to perform a variety of management positions.

In addition to all modules taught in the Certificate Courses, training is also undertaken in:

Entry Requirements: Certificate IV in Hospitality
Duration: Cert IV + 6 months (Approximately 15 – 20 hours per week)
