Our Bar & Dining  courses provide practical and current skills in the food and beverage area and are designed to enable graduates to gain work quickly in the industry as a bar person, drinks, wine and food or beverage attendant.

The course comprises both practical and theoretical aspects pertaining to food and beverage service.

Successful course completion requires regular attendance and study time. Attitude and presentation are also important to ensure students achieve competency.

There are practical and theoretical assessments. Students must achieve competency in the assessment (s) and will receive a Statement of Attainment..
